Bocce News: Some of the players were really on a roll in recent weeks. As more players, new and old, continue to show up (24 guys were there a couple weeks ago), we also saw our first shutout in a game that lasted just over 20 minutes.
Now we are TWO! Sharon DPW, under the watchful eyes of Bocce Club members, has installed a second bocce court alongside the first.
PICKLE BALL The Sharon DPW has installed pickle ball courts adjacent to the bocce courts.
WALKERS/HIKERS: We’re happy to be able to go for our weekly walks in weather that’s finally “normal”. If you like to hike/walk & talk, why not try our Friday morning group.
Hikes/walks average 3 to 4 miles and take 1-2 hours. Please check with your doctors to be sure this is appropriate for you before signing up. We vary destinations to accommodate a variety of walking speeds and distances. Contact Ira Abramson at or Ken Siegal at ,
